These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 2bjet platform. By registering an account or placing a wager on 2bjet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

2bjet is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. Underage gambling is prohibited. 2bjet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts found in breach of this requirement.
Each player is permitted one active 2bjet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Accounts are personal — sharing login credentials with another person is a breach of these terms.
All bonuses on 2bjet are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. 2bjet targets a 30-minute processing window for mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Fraud, money laundering, abuse of promotions, use of automated betting software, collusion, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2bjet ("2bjet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2bjet website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services available at 2bjet.net. Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account or using any 2bjet service. 1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 2bjet platform, including registered account holders and guest visitors. Use of the 2bjet website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 2bjet platform and must not register an account.
1.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation into another language, the English version shall prevail.

2.1 To register and maintain an active account on 2bjet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
2.2 Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 2bjet at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. 2bjet relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 2bjet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to national identity card, passport, proof of address, and payment method verification) at any stage of the customer relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal processing holds.
⚠️ Age Verification: 2bjet takes its 21+ age restriction seriously. Accounts suspected of being held by minors will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned to the source payment method after verification; winnings will be forfeited.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2bjet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. 2bjet will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.2 You agree to notify 2bjet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. 2bjet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account access is for the named account holder only. Sharing account credentials with third parties, including family members, constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.4 2bjet employs 256-bit SSL encryption, session anomaly detection, and optional two-factor authentication to protect account security. You are encouraged to enable all available security features from your account settings.
4.1 Deposits to your 2bjet account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. 2bjet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.3 The minimum deposit on 2bjet is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method selected; applicable limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
4.4 Deposits are credited to your 2bjet account balance upon confirmed receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer and interbank deposits may take up to two business hours depending on the originating institution.
4.5 2bjet does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees; such fees are outside 2bjet's control and are not reimbursable.

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered and verified in your own name. 2bjet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Your first withdrawal will require submission of supporting identity documentation. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional documentation unless a review flag is triggered by 2bjet's risk management system.

5.4 Withdrawal processing times stated above are targets and not guarantees. Additional time may be required during periods of high transaction volume, during AML/KYC review, or where 2bjet requires additional verification from the player.
5.5 A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The applicable minimum varies by payment method and is displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
5.6 2bjet reserves the right to reverse pending withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, AML concerns, unresolved bonus wagering requirements, or where an account review is in progress.
6.1 2bjet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 General conditions applicable to all 2bjet bonuses unless otherwise stated:
6.3 2bjet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already accepted and actively being played through by a player at the time of the change.

7.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 2bjet platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the player after confirmation except where 2bjet's cash-out feature is available and expressly offered for the relevant market.
7.2 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error affecting a game outcome or sportsbook odds, 2bjet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 2bjet will communicate such decisions transparently to affected players.
7.3 Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting protocols, are governed by 2bjet's Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of your account.
7.4 Casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and crash-format games (Mines Grand, Circle), operate according to the rules published within each individual game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available on request from the 2bjet support team.
7.5 2bjet does not guarantee winnings or profit from any game or betting market. All forms of gambling carry inherent risk of financial loss.

10.1 All content on the 2bjet platform — including but not limited to the 2bjet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, imagery, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2bjet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2bjet platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 2bjet content without prior written authorisation.
10.3 Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of content from the 2bjet platform using automated means is strictly prohibited.
11.1 2bjet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bjet excludes all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 2bjet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 2bjet platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 2bjet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.4 In all cases, 2bjet's aggregate liability to any single player arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's 2bjet account at the time of the incident.
12.1 2bjet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account closure for reasons other than breach, any real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 2bjet support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any balance will be returned to your verified payment method following successful KYC review.
12.4 Accounts closed due to confirmed self-exclusion will not be reopened under any circumstances during the active exclusion period.
13.1 2bjet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the 2bjet platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
13.2 Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions of new payment methods) may be made without prior notice.
13.3 Your continued use of the 2bjet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2bjet holds its operating license.
14.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the governing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that 2bjet reserves the right to bring proceedings in any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit 2bjet's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in cases of actual or threatened breach of these Terms.
15.1 If you have a question about these Terms or wish to raise a complaint regarding your 2bjet account, you should contact the 2bjet support team in the first instance via live chat, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

15.3 If your complaint cannot be resolved through the 2bjet internal complaints process within eight (8) weeks of your initial submission, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body associated with 2bjet's operating license. Details of the applicable ADR provider are available from the 2bjet support team.
15.4 2bjet's decision on any complaint shall be final in the absence of demonstrable procedural error or fraud on the part of 2bjet. Players retain the right to seek independent adjudication through the applicable ADR mechanism notwithstanding 2bjet's internal decision.
